The arrival and departure of the bus will depend upon the condition of roads, weather
and the natural calamity.
|

2.

Travelling without ticket is offence. |
|
3.
|
Passenger is himself responsible for his lagguage. |
|
4. |
No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of tickets. |
|
5. |
No additional charges for online booking. |

EXCERPTS FROM REGULATION
|
|
1.
|
Tickets can be booked upto 12 hours prior to bus schedule issued by the HPTDC. |
|
2.
|
Customer will only get the ticket when the transaction has been done completely.
For any incomplete transaction HPTDC will not be responsible.
|
|
3. |
Passengers failing to produce a ticket are liable to pay the Standard Fare and claims
for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.
|
|
4.
|
Customers Tickets are not transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder
over passengers.
|
|
5.
|
Tickets which are loaned, lost or stolen will not be replaced.
|
|
6.
|
HPTDC has full rights to change Bus fares/ cancellation rules any time Depending on the Rules and Regulations. |

|
In Case of Canceling the Ticket :
|
|
1.
|
No refund will be made within 12 hours of departure time of the bus.
|
|
2.
|
An amount of 50% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is upto 12-24 hours to the departure of bus.
|
|
3.
|
An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is more than 24 hours to the departure of bus.
|
|
4.
|
The reservation once made will not be cancelled in ordinary/ normal circumstances.
|
|
5.
|
In case of failure of Air Conditioner in AC Volvo Coach, the difference of fare of AC & Non AC will be reimbursed to the party.
