Only registered members can use this application.

Register once and get your User Name and Password.

Booking and Cancellation of tickets can be done online after logging in.
|

4 |
Tickets can be booked upto 12 hours prior to bus schedule issued by the HPTDC. |

5 |
Ticket Booking History can be seen on default member page after entering the transaction password.

Online cancellation can be done by going to ticket booking history
|
|
7 |
No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of Tickets
|

8 |
The arrival and departure of the bus will depend upon the condition of roads, weather
and the natural calamity.

Travelling without ticket is offence. |

Passenger is himself responsible for his lagguage. |

No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of tickets. |

Tickets are generated only after completion of transaction. HPTDC will not be
responsible for any incomplete transaction.

Passengers failing to produce a ticket are liable to pay the Standard Fare and claims
for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.

Customers Tickets are not transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder
over passengers.

|
HPTDC has full rights to change Bus fares/ cancellation rules any time Depending on the Rules and Regulations. |

|
Children below the age of 4 years are allowed free without separate seat. |

Cancellation of Ticket (s) :
|

1.
|
No refund will be made within 12 hours of departure time of the bus.
|
|
2.
|
An amount of 50% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is upto 12-24 hours to the departure of bus.
|
|
3.
|
An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is more than 24 hours to the departure of bus.
|
|
5.
|
In case of failure of Air Conditioner in AC Volvo Coach, the difference of fare of AC & Non AC will be reimbursed to the party.
