The CSC bids evaluation was held on 17th February at Conference Hall, Armsdale Building, Himachal Pradesh Secretariat.

Bid Evaluation
The evaluation process began with Sh. Subhasish Panda (Member Secretary (SITEG) – Director IT, Himachal Pradesh) welcoming the bidders to Shimla for participating in the process. The Evaluation Committee was then briefed about the eligibility criteria for meeting the pre-qualification requirements by the NLSA team. The pre-qualification documents of the bidders were opened in front of the bidders and then handed over to the Evaluation Committee. The Evaluation Committee after thorough scrutiny of the documents found all the 4 bidders qualified for technical evaluation.
The Technical evaluation of bids lasted over 48 hours in which the bidders gave presentations of their business plan. The technical documents were evaluated by the Evaluation committee with the support of the facilitation team. All the 4 bidders qualified the technical evaluation round. The marks of technical evaluation were also displayed on screen using LCD projector for the benefit of all concerned.
The financial bids for the bidders were opened after verifying the bid security documents. The financial bids submitted by the bidders are as given below:
