Filing of online grievances using e-samadhaan through Lok Mitra Kendras has been approved by the Cabinet on 18-5-2010. A notification has been issued in this regard. An
amount of Rs.4/- will be charged per grievance from the citizens and these charges will be inclusive for looking up the status of the grievance as and when requested by the citizen.

on 15th May, 2010.
